Deliverables are measured against the statement of work agreed upon at project kickoff. Every feature and requirement in the SOW will be built, tested, and deployed to production.
Timeline Guarantee
Delivery dates are set in writing at project start. 25% refund applies for delays beyond our control, excluding client-requested changes, delayed data provision, or force majeure events. Extensions may be granted for major scope changes with mutual agreement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Satisfaction is measured against project specifications and deliverables outlined in the statement of work. Unlimited revisions provided for 30 days post-delivery. Scope changes or new requirements may incur additional costs.
