Confidentiality, Explained

How We Stay NDA-First — and Why It Matters

Every project we ship is under NDA. That's a feature, not a constraint — and it's the reason serious clients keep choosing us.

Why our clients require NDAs

When you're shipping software for a healthcare network, a legal IP platform, or a financial workflow, the contract starts with an NDA. Period.

Regulated industries need it for compliance. Companies with real competitive moats need it because the architecture is the moat. Founders building something novel need it before the market can copy them. Across all three, the common thread is the same: the engagement only exists if confidentiality is the default.

What we can show

  • Tech stack and architecture decisions
  • Methodology, sprint cadence, and process
  • Generic UI patterns and design language
  • Sanitized walkthroughs of representative flows
  • Anonymized metrics — time saved, costs cut, scope shipped
  • References on a 1:1 call after NDA

What we don't show

  • Client names
  • Screenshots without scrubbing
  • Source code or proprietary algorithms
  • Customer data, real or synthetic-but-recognizable
  • Business metrics tied to a specific client
  • Anything that would let a competitor identify the engagement
How References Work

References on call

We routinely connect serious prospects with past clients on a 1:1 call after NDA. No public testimonials, no marketing video, no logo wall — just a real conversation with someone whose system we shipped. Ask on your intro call and we'll set it up.

The trade-off, named

Public case-study videos, big logo walls, and named testimonials drive top-of-funnel buyers. They're great marketing. They're also incompatible with the companies we want to work with.

Working with companies that require NDAs drives serious buyers — the ones with real budgets, real systems, and real reasons to keep their work confidential. We chose serious buyers.

Comfortable with NDAs? Let's talk.

If confidentiality is table stakes for your project, you're already our kind of client.
